Description:   Installation of an Owner supplied tank at a new site, and construction of a new booster pump station to supply the tank and system, with radio telemetry from the tank to the booster station for control.  The system included construction of new lines to a previously unserved area west of Southside.  Significant rock was encountered during line construction.
