Description:   The project includes the following elements: ballasted flocculation/sedimentation clarifier, chemical feed system, clearwell storage, enclosing the existing filters, backwash pond, plant control and telemetry system, 500,000 gallon elevated water storage tank, altitude valve, repainting existing water storage tank, and demolishing the existing flocculation sedimentation basin.  Crist prepared a Facility Plan for the work in accordance with the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund program administered by the Arkansas Soil and Water Conservation Commission and it received a Categorical Exclusion from preparing an Environmental Information Document.  Crist also modeled the Murfreesboro water distribution system using H20Net.
